Lead alert emails aren’t sending.
If you haven’t received your lead alert emails after adding the automation to your CTA, please check the following:
- Check your spam or junk mailbox, you will receive the email from firstname.lastname@example.org
- Make sure email@example.com is whitelisted in your email service
- When using multiple email addresses make sure you separate the addresses with a comma and a space
- Add a different email address and check if emails come through, the issue might be with the email address you are using
- When using a company email, the server may restrict our email address so using a different email address would be necessary
