Lead alert emails aren’t sending.

If you haven’t received your lead alert emails after adding the automation to your CTA, please check the following:

  • Check your spam or junk mailbox, you will receive the email from app@convertflow.com
  • Make sure app@convertflow.com is whitelisted in your email service
  • When using multiple email addresses make sure you separate the addresses with a comma and a space
  • Add a different email address and check if emails come through, the issue might be with the email address you are using
  • When using a company email, the server may restrict our email address so using a different email address would be necessary
