🎥 Adding Confirmation Actions - Video

Confirmation actions are the actions assigned to be performed when a button is clicked. 

For standalone buttons these can be:

  • Redirect to URL - Redirects to a specified website URL
  • Jump to a CTA step - Jumps to the specified step in the CTA on multi-step CTAs
  • Display a CTA - Opens a specified popup CTA
  • Subscribe via SMS code - Sends SMS code to subscribe to a list

For survey and form buttons they are all of the above plus:

  • Show a thank you message - Displays an editable thank you message with limited styling options.
