While our tracking is primarily cookie-based, collecting information like a visitor’s IP address, allows you to easily target your campaigns by which country or city they’re visiting from.
Also, by using ConvertFlow’s personalization merge tags, you can now easily personalize your CTA content and on-site messages with the city or country your visitor is in.
So for example, if you’re a marketing agency who prefers to work with local clients, you can personally greet people in your city with a geotargeted CTA, and offer a free consultation, while filtering out everyone else who is visiting your website from another country.
The location data you capture on leads can also be passed to your email marketing software. This way, you can personalize your email marketing campaigns based on the location of your subscribers.
To set up passing location data to your email marketing app, all you need to do is map ConvertFlow’s contact data fields to the custom fields in your email marketing app from the Integrations page. Then, it’ll get passed over automatically.
