Drag and drop function isn’t working.
The drag and drop function is very sensitive and you need to make sure the drop area is enabled before you actually drop the element.
Once you grab the element you’ll see the areas in which it can be dropped, but unless you see the dotted line then this area won’t be enabled to receive the element:
