How to personalize your Shopify store for shopper segments

By installing ConvertFlow on your Shopify store, you can now personalize your Shopify store's conversion campaigns for your shopper segments using ConvertFlow's Shopify targeting conditions.

Using ConvertFlow's funnel builder, you can launch landing pages, forms, popups, surveys, quizzes, sticky bars, embedded content and more, all of which can be dynamically displayed on your website to new and returning shoppers based on conditions.

Targeting conversion campaigns to Shopify shopper segments

Once you've connected ConvertFlow to Shopify, you'll now find these Shopify targeting condition options: 

  • If visiting Shopify product
  • If NOT visiting Shopify product
  • If visiting Shopify collection
  • If NOT visiting Shopify collection
  • If Shopify cart contains greater than X items
  • If Shopify cart contains less than X items
  • If Shopify cart value is greater than
  • If Shopify cart value is less than
  • If Shopify cart contains product
  • If Shopify cart does NOT contain product
  • If Shopify cart contains type of product
  • If Shopify cart does NOT contain type of product
  • If Shopify cart has product with title containing keyword
  • If Shopify cart does NOT have product with title containing keyword
  • If Shopify order contains greater than X items
  • If Shopify order contains less than X items
  • If Shopify order value is greater than
  • If Shopify order value is less than
  • If Shopify order has product
  • If Shopify order does NOT have product
  • If Shopify order has product with title containing keyword
  • If Shopify order does NOT have product with title containing keyword

When building a campaign in ConvertFlow, to display it only for a certain shopper segment, head to the Launch page and you'll be able to add Shopify targeting conditions by clicking "Add Condition".

Click the dropdown field to select a condition type, and you'll now see there are Shopify targeting conditions to select from.


Once you've clicked to create the condition, it will then display above in the targeting conditions list for that campaign. If you want to delete it, click the "X" icon to the right of the condition.

Personalizing funnel outcomes for Shopify shopper segments

In ConvertFlow, you can build multi-step funnels that conditionally display personalized outcomes to people based on their progress, as well as based on Shopify cart and order data.

For example, by using conditional actions, when a shopper on your website engages with a quiz funnel, you can display a personalized outcome of that quiz based on their Shopify cart status.

You can also use skip logic to tailor your funnels for returning shoppers based on their current Shopify cart.
